Who else can’t sleep??

I keep waking up between 5am-6am and I’m wide awake...then this afternoon I’m going to be exhausted!!

I’m laughing at this because I just gave up trying to sleep anymore this morning! My husband and I are big cuddlers so I’m just laying up next to him in bed so he’ll keep sleeping. Guess it’s practice for when the baby comes?

Every night I wake up between 4 and 5 and it takes me between 1 hour (on a good day) to 3 hours before I can fall back to sleep. I’m off work til the 19 so, so far I haven’t suffered too too much from it but that and all the trips to the bathroom during the night equal a really shitty sleep quality. Bottom line, I’m always tired and if by any chance I have one good night of sleep, I’ll have three bad ones in a row after that...Such a strange cycle...

This is me every day! 5 am like clockwork my mental alarm goes off. I’ve tried going to bed late but that doesn’t change anything. So I just go to bed early and accept that I’ll be up at 5. Lol

I’m so pissed. My 19mo is finally starting to sleep better and even sleeps through the night some nights...... and cue the pregnancy sleep discomfort and tossing and turning. Not fair. 
I try and start the night sleeping reclined in a massive stack of pillows. That helps a bit.
