Sad update:

Turns out I miscarried . I was spotting yesterday morning and all that same day. I went to my dr for a blood draw and my bleeding never got heavier but it turned bright red and around 2-3am I passed the fetal tissue. My level was at 32. My TTC journey is over for me.
