how many back to back miscarriages did you have before going to your doctor to identify what was wrong? im on my third miacarriage. 2nd within a year but my OB wont do anything til i have 4 in a year. which im very upset with, im about to start looking for a new OB.

I had 2 back to back miscarriages and my doctor told me the same thing. They don't start testing for causes or anything until after the 3rd miscarriage. Which I think is absolute bullshit. Told her I wasn't about to lose another precious baby just for them to start testing to figure out what was wrong. So I went to another doctor the instant I found out I was pregnant the third time. He put me on progesterone even though my levels werent dangerously low and told me to start taking a low dose aspirin everyday in case I had a clotting issue. We still don't know why i lost my other 2, but I'm grateful that my new doctor at least tried to figure out was wrong per my request. I am now 25 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby thanks to that doctor
