What's the best tampon?

I usually use pads but I would like the option of a tampon if I can find a brand I like. Some that I have tried feel much too big for me. I feels like I'm ripping my insides out when I pull them out, even if well used. Any suggestions on a skinny tampon brand?

Light flow or normal flow tampax tampons are great. I personally like tampax pearl over the standard tampax tampons.

Tampax has always worked for me. i had the Same issue.

You don't want a skinny tampon. You'll end up with a mess you don't want to deal with and have to rush home.
Personally, used to be my heavy days were 1-2 days of the Super Plus size. However, now these seem to be my regular because the boxes 'Regular' are not sufficient for my flow. Quite irritating actually.
