Hard to stay on Track. HELP.
So I'm 11 weeks pregnant. I'm one that works out 5 days a week, which I'm continue doing. however, when it comes to food, veggies are a no go. I'm use to eating EXTREMELY clean, but these cravings are crazy and it's hard to even down anything green if it's not in a smoothie! Anyone else having this issue ? How do you make sure you get the nutrition without gaining a ton of fat. Yes, I know we will gain fat. It's pregnacy. 🤡
