I have pcos my partner and I have been ttc for the past year and a half for baby #1

Last night I got a very strange pain in my hip which traveled down to my lower abdomen, super super weird and then I checked when I next went to the bathroom and there was this weird pink blood that I have never ever had before I have a photo of last night (it has not changed since last night) very thin no discharge just weird and pink.

I am 7dpo so not even the hospital urine test said I was pregnant cause it's way way too early. What do you guys think?
