What does this mean??

Mauriah • Hi im mauriah and im trying to have a baby. I was diagnosed with PCOS and now finding out I have tubal blockage it’s been pretty hard trying to conceive but I feel it might happen sooner than I believe my break through is coming and I’m okay with that 🥰

Does the second test look undeveloped to you all?? The first test is clear but the second one looks all blue can some tell me what that means?? Is the line bleeding or can that even happen??
