Is it only me??

Question

11w today. I’m medium build weigh 165 and have fairly large breast. 36ddd before pregnancy. I have major back pain. Can anyone else relate? I’m so afraid of what’s to come as my belly continues to grow. Any suggestions for a little pain relief through this journey?

I'm similar build at 160lbs and 34 dd, I'm only just over 5ft so they look massive on me and starting to get bigger already, I suffered with back pain in previous pregnancies, big weight gains didnt help! I've lost the weight and exercise regularly pre pregnancy and now at nearly 11 weeks I'm doing daily exercises to help keep my back muscles strong and so far no pain! have a browse at exercises to ease back pain in pregnancy, some are very easy and gentle but very effective 🤗

i have a similar build as you. I'm 170 lbs and 38DDD before pregnancy. My back pain comes in spurts but I get some relief when I sleep with a pillow between my knees.
