I’m a virgin and not sexually active but today I noticed a hard red lump on my vagina. I noticed it as I wen to pee and I rubbed toilet paper against it which really hurt. Any suggestions of what this could be??

Do you shave your lady parts? It may be an ingrown hair

When I was younger and didn’t shave, occasionally loose pubic hairs would bet stuck and it would cause swelling. You just have to be tender and remove any unwanted hairs. That was the sole reason I started shaving. Hopefully that helps..
