My bf is so self conscious that's it's hard to even go out and have a good time. He will not even take pictures. For example it's been 4 years and we have 1 good picture together. I have never met another man with this issue. He will never walk into a bar or restaurant first he like pushes me in front of him or goes out of the way to hold the door so have to walk in first. But at the same time he is the first one to make a huge scene if something is not right at a restaurant or store. I was just wondering if anyone has or has any idea of what causes someone to feel this way and how to change it?
