Now that I stopped following the stupid eating schedule. I eat only when I'm hungry I eat dinner always at 8 pm and a snack at 10-11pm and I cut the night time snack in half .... I haven't had to increase my night time insulin in a week almost, compared to before increasing every two days. I'm still doing good at 32 units. That eating schedule was not working for me so I went with what my gut and I honestly don't snack as much as they require anymore.
