How do you build a healthy relationship with food?

Since having my first born I’ve been struggling with constantly trying to lose weight, going in and out of phases of working out, losing weight and then quitting because I get too obsessive about calories and not eating “bad things”

My most recent thing was doing whole 30, I lost 8 lbs in almost 2 weeks and I know that’s not healthy.

I really love food. But I also want to lose weight and I know you can still eat good food and lose weight that it’s all about balance. But I also hate working out.

I just want to not worry about my weight. I have 2 kids now ( 6 & 1 & 1/2) And I feel like I don’t enjoy myself whenever we go out because I stress over how I look/if I feel fat/ food choices. I don’t know what to do anymore.

Side note: I’ve lost 60 lbs since having my 2nd born.
