I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and the outcome of it.

So I have my annual obgyn appointment on Tuesday and we have been ttc for 8 cycles now. My period is due on Saturday and I’m really nervous that I will be disappointed if after they take the normal pregnancy test it will come out negative. I was hoping to not test until after my missed period but it is routine to get one at the obgyn.

I know how disappointed I’m going to be if she doesn’t come in congratulating me on my pregnancy even though I know it is still very early to test.

Does anyone have a similar experience?
