Headaches anyone?

So I’m currently 13+1 with twins and for the last week I’ve been getting these awful headaches. They come on around noon every single day and Tylenol does nothing. I often go to bed with the headache and wake up with the same headache. I’m desperate. Does anyone have any remedies? Nothing seems to be working. 😩😩😩

That happened to me the other day! I unfortunately had to deal cuz my husband had to work the next day and I didn’t have Tylenol so I couldn’t go get some! I sniffed on some Vick’s and tried to drink water, my headache was making me nauseous. My nausea actually had gone away until that headache! Then it brought it back! Oh also an ice pack. My mom in law had bought me an eye mask a while ago when I was getting headaches frequently before I got my glasses and it’s one with the gel beads inside and you can heat it or freeze it. It’s from Walmart, and oversized, I keep it in my freezer for when I get a headache! It’s convenient as a mask cuz I can slap it on and have my hands free lol

I usually have some caffeine in the afternoon. My headaches are like clockwork as well, around noon and through the evening hours. Looking forward to the day they start easing up!

Make sure you are drinking enough water. I've heard with twins it is super easy to get dehydrated if you aren't constantly drinking water and that could cause some pretty bad and persistent headaches.
