Medication?

Anyone know of a medication that is safe while ttc, pregnancy, breastfeeding, doesn’t make you gain weight and  so tired ware you can’t function .

I'm currently on keppra and Tegretol, the Tegretol is for something else, and was told I couldn't try to have kids anytime soon...

They all have risks but the newer drugs are less risky, I’m on keppra and lamotrigine and the risks are spina bifida and cleft palate but very rare and I had extra scans to check. 
She’s voting way above average in everything and we’re on a trial for babies born to mothers with epilepsy and she’s done amazing 💕
Lamotrigine gave me headaches and lethargy when I started it, now I’m totally fine x

My doctor said when I decide to ttc she said I would be taken off my medication ( tegratol) so my child won’t have a risk of autism or other problems that may be caused by the medication , but I’ll be monitored constantly so I don’t get seizures. I have simple partial seizures , I started in grade 3 so age 8-9
