Best tea for nausea??
While doing the fertility treatments I was drinking black tea with lemon to help with my nausea. Now that I’m 4 weeks, I want to completely stop the caffeine, I got a couple lemon herbal teas. 2 day to check with my doctor, and one is not nearly as good. Right now it seems like the only thing that helps me get through the day at work....
Does anyone have any suggestions??
I’ve tried celestial’s lemon zinger (I’m not sure if I like it).
