Is itchiness a sign of pregnancy?

Hello all, I’m looking for a bit of advise. I am currently ttc and have been for 6 months now. Iv had the annoying thing where every month you display new symptoms that could be pregnancy related- like everything seems to be! Well the last few days I have been extremely itchy all over to which can only be compatible to hives. There is nothing obviously different- no allergies, no new washing powder etc. I have read some articles that this can be associated with pregnancy and the increase in hormones. Has anyone heard of/experienced this? Thanks xx
