Does seminal fluid stretch?

Does anyone know if seminal fluid stretches like ewcm does? How long after sex should you wait before checking cm?

Semin will soak into toilet paper from my experience and what I've read.  fertile mucus will not.

I have been super confused about the same thing but from what I have read and observed, normally no semen doesn’t stretch.
However if you have sex during your fertile week and you have ewcm in your cervix, the ewcm can be ‘erm’ dislodged and mixed with the semen. So it will be stretchy clear but also possibly look a bit like semen too. Hope that helps!
