Well my baby just got out of the hospital 1 week ago. She’s 4 months old and had RSV. It didn’t look good when we first got there. O2 was 89% heart rate was 202. Her ped had told us 4 hours earlier that she only had an ear infection to just watch her. Well the people at the ER said if we would’ve listened to her my baby could have died. 5.5 days in the hospital hooked to an IV. Now my husband wants us to travel an hour away to see his mother. I’m certainly not comfortable with this as I won’t even let her sisters play with her right now. Am I wrong? She still has a lingering cough. I’m afraid of her getting sick again.
