Question

If your OPK gives you a positive LH surge, do that mean you are guaranteed to ovulate?...

or

will you never get a LH surge if you aren't actually ovulating?

I'm asking because I have been on BC since I was 16 I'm now 25 😲 and I always did my sugar pill week. However I stopped taking my BC and I keep hearing about women not even ovulating (because of the pill) after they get off of it. So I take my OPK and it gives me a line but do that mean everything is working right.... or I'm having a surge but my little egg isn't coming out. 😩 Help!!!
