How to get baby to sleep through the night?!

So my baby is a month old now, was born three weeks early! I have a 2.5 year toddler as well and I'm at my wits end! I cannot get enough sleep no matter how hard I try!
My baby wakes up multiple times throughout the night and it appears to be his most active time! How can I get him to sleep through the night?? He also spits up A LOT! Pretty much after every feeding, and he is exclusively breastfed. I would just like to sleep through the night..what can I do??
Any moms in similar situations that can offer some advice?!

Are you burping baby frequently during feeding sessions? Baby could have trapped gas. Also, infants wake frequently throughout the night and tend to have their biological clocks mixed up. Try to feed baby more often throughout the day. This forces baby to wake a little more rather than sleeping all day. Also, implement tummy time more often throughout the day. This makes baby more tired and strengthens their neck. I have a one and a half month old and a 2 year old, and this is what I do.

My baby is also a month! He wakes up twice during the night and typically goes to bed around 930pm! We started doing a nighttime bath around 830, we then nurse and give him a 2oz bottle of formula at bedtime. He typically sleeps until about 2am and will be up for about 10 minutes  nursing and then sleep till about 5 and then wake up around 7 or 8 each time he just nurses and gets his diaper changed. Have you gotten him checked for acid reflux? My lo also was spitting up horribly and got put on Zantac he’s outgrown his dose so he’s spitting up again but it def helped wonders. Also remember that a growth spurt happens at 5-6 weeks of age! Do you breastfeed or bottle feed?

Do you keep naps shorter during day? The less mine sleeps during day - the longer my stretch at night seems to be. I make sure my 5 week old is eating every 2 hrs during day and I usually get a 4-6hr stretch at night. Good luck!
