lastnight I had a dream that I was pregnant not just finding out I'm pregnant like going in to the clinic and looking down to see that my belly had doubled in size!! And being told I was 14 weeks along .. Could this mean something or am I just dreaming? I just had my period recently but it was a bit weird like 2 days of heavy/medium bleeding then the other 2 really light/spotting
