Most healthy couples take about a year you conceive naturally. Give it some time 😊 doctors say to consult someone if you can't conceive after 2 years

If you are chatting your cycles by temping properly and noting cervical fluid, I think you should start to be concerned after about 8 months. If not temping or watching cervical fluid, a year.
That being said, most docs won’t do much unless you’ve been trying for a year.
