So this is my bbt chart. I think it looks like I ovulated, right?

As a bonus, this was my ovulation test on the 25th of January

And this was the next day, the 26th

I think I ovulated the 26th or 27th, what do you guys think?

I really wanted to try the pineapple core 1-5 dpo, but I was too scared to do it.

I’ve read that eating it prior to ovulation can create an acidic environment for the seamen. And since I’m not completely sure i ovulated, I was too afraid to eat pineapple core 😬🙃🙃😬 (although I did the 27th and regretted it immediately 🙈🙈)
