Every month I get my hopes up but this month I’m still a week away from my period but the past few days I’ve been getting twinges on and off around my left Fallopian tube area, sore boobs started yesterday never really get sore until a couple days before period ! My gum at the left side of my mouth at back has become swollen and kills, am I just getting my hopes up again?
