Do I buy freezer bags or the plastic tubes for storing pumped milk?

What are the pros and cons to each?
EDIT: I’m talking about the breast milk freezer bags Vs the smaller plastic tubes. Lol not ziplocs ;)

Buy the breastmilk bags , because they will hold the milk better and there is also some kind of chemical in the other bags that is not good for breastmilk

It would be really annoying to freeze in the tubes. How much do you plan on having stocked up at a time? I currently have like 12 bags in my freezer, so not too much, but that would mean at least 12 tubes. Also it would be harder to defrost a tube than a bag because there’s more surface area for the bag.

I use the bags and freeze them laying flat so they are as skinny as possible and then I move them to a tray my husband got on amazon to keep the organized where the bags stand up right

I wondered about this too, but price per bag I'm going breast milk bags all the way. Ziplock bags end up being more expensive. The breast milk bags have the easy pour spouts & measurements (in oz.) on the bag.
