anyone suffering extreme pelvic girdle pain?

Am 25 weeks now and it seems to be getting worse and worse! Pain is radiating up my pubic bone and also along my hip down my leg! Just wondered if anyone else is suffering at all?

Yup me. It’s so bad. I moved something last week and cried out in pain because I felt like I broke my pelvis in half. It hurt to drive and move my foot from brake to gas!  I had it with my second pregnancy. Luckily it goes away after baby arrives but it’s so painful during pregnancy. Rolling over in bed is the worst!

Yes I can barely roll over at night these days- i got a bit pillow to put between my legs though and that helps a lot!

If I do anything other than rest I can barely walk, like my left leg drags. It’s so miserable, I had the same problem with my daughter but the pain went away soon after her birth. There’s some stretches you can do, rest, ice/heat, and see a chiropractor to help while pregnant.
