It depends when you implant. It usually takes 7-12 days after you ovulate, for implantation to occur. It can then take days or another week or so for HCG levels to be produced and rise enough for a pregnancy test to detect. 
I must have implanted at 7dpo, as I was having symptoms from 8dpo. But I still didn’t get my BFP until 14dpo.

There's no answer to that, it depends on your hormone levels, some can get positives at 9dpp some take up to 6 weeks pregnant to get a positive
