Is there any way I can get my period to come back???

I stopped birth control 3 months ago and I still haven’t had a period but been getting aches and pains like it’s going to come back! I have been taken ovulation tests and yesterday they got super dark but not dark enough to be a positive. I’m currently breastfeeding my 15 month old in the night not in the day.

We really want to try for baby #2 but can’t if I’m not ovulating😔
