My baby is on antibiotics and it's giving her the most painful bum in the world, she has horrible diarrhea & I have so much anxiety about her getting dehydrated from it, we still have 5 days to go & my baby is miserable

So I've heard probiotics can help relieve diarrhea until we are done with her treatment, but I have a few questions

Would I call the doctors office & ask if I can give them to her? Can I find them at wal mart or Kroger? (These are the only stores in my area). When do you see a difference? And any other tips or things I should know ? 🙏🏽 Guys it sucks seeing her hurt & I really want to relieve her pain. Anything you know about baby probiotics would help so much. ❤️
