How many of you smoked during pregnancy and your child is normal or excels? Please tell me the current age and how often you were smoking.

Im 20 weeks and smoke maybe once or twice a week to relieve pain and headaches and I’m paranoid I’m harming my baby. I feel it’s safer than Tylenol every single day. My head is throbbing literally every day. First time mom. I have two step children and my husband told me his ex smoked while pregnant with them, both are struggling in school and have horrible behavior issues. May be due to their mothers terrible parenting skills, or the smoking. My stepson 100% has ADHD or some sort of learning issue, he’s in kindergarten. I’ve read studies and the Jamaica one says the kids came out smarter. Just looking for your advice. Thanks ladies!!
