Just got told today by doctor I have high insulin. Been trying for baby number one. Kind of crushed by that knowing it’s going to be just a bit harder for me to get pregnant. They haven’t given me nothing yet because I have an ultrasound today to look at all parts of my reproductive system. So won’t know till tomorrow my final results. Anyone have this problem and conceived fast? A couple months ago I was on a low car diet and I heard that helps with lowering insulin and lost 20 pounds. My period has came the past two months so far cause they were so irregular and barley ever came. I take zinc and women’s vitamins everyday since I started my low carb diet.
