Ladies, I have a regular 28 day cycle like clockwork. Recently , I’ve begun working with Gyno to test for fertility problems . My HSG came back normal, But I feel like I don’t ovulate on my own. Shouldn’t they have done ultrasound to check my ovaries?

Little back story, I’ve lost about 65 pounds and I TTC with my ex for about a year (wasn’t having a period but twice a year) pretty sure I have pcos but blood work is normal.

Flash forward I’ve been TTC for 6 months in two weeks with my current fiancé . He doesn’t have children but we are getting his sperm checked. I just feel like I need help ovulating and that my Dr is taking his time with what is urgent to me: helping me get my baby!

Any advice? Thanks ladies
