I can’t stop bleeding

So my period ended last Monday but two days ago I started feeling cramps and I had some light spotting, which I didn’t think much of. But yesterday, the cramps got unbearable and I began bleeding A LOT. All over. The blood was so red it was almost black. I swear there were chunks of something coming out of me too. The pain mostly stopped but I am still bleeding. I’m wearing a pad and every time I go to the toilet it still fills with blood. I know you’re all going to tell me to go to the hospital, but honestly just tell me what you think happened. I just want to know.
