Anyone else around 16 weeks and can’t sleep?

I’m 16w/3d and I am always tired and can fall right to sleep but I can’t get comfortable enough to stay asleep. I toss and turn all night. At 2am this morning I was ready to scream and say screw it im up. But I tried going back to sleep but it took awhile. Any advice?

15w 3D and haven’t had a decent night sleep in about 5-6 weeks. When I wake up it for no reason other than being uncomfortable or just can’t sleep. I don’t have to go to the bathroom or get a drink or for food just can’t sleep. I haven’t found anything that helps, so let me know if you do! I’ve even tried a body pillow and nothing. Good luck.

I'm exactly the same. sometimes i get up to pee just to see if getting up helps me to resettle. I think the lack of sleep is starting to take advantage of my hormones. my pregnancy pillow sometimes just turns into another obstacle in the bed to toss and turn around.

16w 4d and the last week I have had difficulty falling asleep. Some nights I fall asleep and then wake up a few hours later and am up for hours. Getting 5 hours some nights and then the next night I’m over tired and get about 8-9 hours. It’s not fun and some nights resort to unisom as recommended by my doctor. However she recommended I only take it once or twice a week. Here’s hoping the insomnia goes away and we can rest up prior to the babies coming and us being up with them! I was sleeping 9-10 hours a night AND taking naps just weeks ago.

I’m 14 weeks and this week has been the worst. I’ve never dealt with sleep issues, and here I am... 3:30 am and I’m awake.
