Advice Please, do I start exercise while also TTC?


Ok so I am NOT an everyday fitness buff (although was a long time ago before having my daughter, now 3). But I am really trying to get fit but we are also TTC at the same time. I don’t want to do any harm bc I know most sites say don’t take on new exercise programs when TTC. So I am unsure what to do, should I keep working out or stop. This month we tried, although we were a bit off timing, and now I have been spotting and cramping for the last 3 days and my period is expected tomorrow which I am thinking will be coming. I just want to keep fit while pregnant not really looking for a beach body lol obviously. Any advice is helpful.
