Tips please

Hi ladies been trying to conceive for 3 years just started the process to get some elf as it’s not happening for us but have been told to still keep trying while we get results of our test. My question is how long do you ladies stay lay down for after sex and do any of you lay with legs up also any other tips tricks would be appreciated
