You wanna put the preseed up inside of you! It should come with some applicators that look like tampons! You fill it up (I recommend about 2-3ml) and stick it up inside of you, push the end up to shoot up the preseed and then your partner goes inside you. It creates a fertile environment so that sperm can survive the long trek to the egg!
