Confused

Late Saturday night and all yesterday I had what I thought was a bread overload from Saturday. ...stomach cramps, nausea, bloating, gas and a severed headache late last night. However today I have come on.....a week early. ..and it's really heavy dark brown discharge. My AF wasn't dye until next week? last Intercoyrse was just over a week ago should u be concerned?
