Master cleanse
Has anyone had experience doing the master cleanse?
I've researched it through and through and decided that I want to do it. I plan on starting tomorrow and its for 10 days. I normally follow a keto diet but I had a cheat meal that turned into a cheat day which turned into a cheat week
So I figured I would do the cleanse to detox my body and get back to following my keto diet.
