help!!!

so girls me and my so had sex on Thursday night and Friday morning those 2 days only with no protection buy today I had really bad cramping pains the lot then all of a sudden I had dark brown bleeding what does it mean?? had a miscarriage on the 5th only stopped bleeding on the 19th any chance of rainbow baby or just body going back to normal again??
