Anyone have an all natural birth without taking birthing classes?

I have been adamantly planning on an epidural since before conceiving...but the closer I get to my due date the more I think about waiting and seeing how things go during labor/holding out as long as I can or even just seeing how bad my contractions are.
I want to be prepared for both medicated/unmedicated but birthing classes were really expensive when I looked into them. I dont want to set myself up for failure by thinking i can go all natural without taking a class if they really are necessary.
What were your experiences??

I wouldn't say I went natural because I had an epidural but got it too late and felt everything. She came too hard and too fast and delivered her after going from 1cm-10cm in 45 mins with 3 pushes.

Does your hospital offer them? If you have a home birth, would your doula or midwife be there to discuss and teach things beforehand?

I read Ina May and had a doula for a water birth attended by midwives. It was a great birth experience

I had a natural birth without any classes. Staying calm and focused was really the number one thing. 
I second someone else's suggestion on watching some births on YouTube. There's a British show called "the midwives" where they actually show very detailed parts of labor and delivery. It's pretty interesting to watch.
My third is due in May and I do not want an epidural. I also won't be taking any classes (the last time I gave birth was 14 years ago!). I feel confident that I can do it :)

I delivered my first two children unmedicated without taking classes. I recommend shelling out the money because my next 4 natural births were significantly better because I had taken the classes.
