So after successfully and justifiably scaring the shit out of my husband this morning😇 I had a dr appointment this afternoon and after a failed attempt at a membrane sweep last week and lots of stretching walking and nonsense to coax him out my midwife said he had dropped significantly and was able to sweep today!🎉🎉 woohoo!! She also told me I have the highest cervix she's ever encountered...💩🤷🏼‍♀️ But being the total weirdo I am when she did the sweep and pulled her glove out it had blood, which is normal, I threw my hands up and yelled woohoo blood!! 😂 my midwife probably thinks I'm insane...but hey, if it's uncomfortable, painful or gross it's progress. Right?!🤷🏼‍♀️ My husband who claims he's going to be holding a leg during labor was dry heaving at the membrane sweep...sooooo needless to say labor should be interesting for him🤣 Been bleeding since this afternoons sweep and went walking for 2 hours immediately afterwards. Praying baby Bo decides to show in the next 48 hrs! Best of luck to all you Feb mamas💕 Were almost there!!
