Today has became a nightmare. We found out we will miscarry at almost 6 weeks. I woke up this morning having terrible back pain. This was our 3rd <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> cycle and found out we were pregnant for the first time 2 weeks ago. My hcg levels unfortunately dropped by more than half since Friday. We are completely devastated. If anyone has any advice on dealing with the emotions and everything else, please share.
