So I’ve been off my birth control since late November. Me and my husband aren’t trying but we’re not preventing. Well I guess we’re preventing in a way because most of the time we use the withdrawal method anyway we’re like if it happens it happens but I have a hard time logging my cm sometimes because right now it’s a week before my period and my cm is watery with white bits. The birth controls I’ve been on since I’ve had my daughter was nexplanon (arm implant) for a year and a half then I was on the patch for a few months.

Ps it’s not an infection. I am not itchy down there and I’ve had one before so I know what the feeling is.
