How can I increase breast milk?

My lo is almost 6 months and I pumped earlier today and didn’t even get an Oz in 10 mins. I’m worried!!

Your body is making the right amount for your baby, it’s actually a good thing! Means you aren’t overproducing, you could power pump like someone else said. 
Otherwise you could just pump once or twice a day to up your supply.

Don't base it on what you're pumping. Baby is much more efficient at getting your milk out. I wouldn't worry unless your baby seems like it's not getting enough.

I’m nursing twins and with a hospital grade pump I was getting about 50-60 oz a day and now I ebf and they are gaining but I try pumping with a normal pump and can’t even get an ounce out if I pump for 30 minutes. It’s so frustrating since i would love to do a bottle occasionally. But some people just don’t react to pumps like others and it really doesn’t say anything about your supply

Sometimes it depends on when you pump.  For example, when was the last time your baby ate? If my LO eats within 2 - 3 hours of me pumping I get nada. Maybe an ounce if I'm lucky.  After that I can typically get 1.5 - 2 oz. per side. Check your pump.  How's the membrane? If there are gaps that could make the pump less effective.  Eat certain foods.  Oatmeal is great for milk production and so is the Fenugreek spice.  My husband always adds a little to my tea to help.  Pump more often.  Consistancy is key.  You want to make sure you are pumping every two to three hours when baby is not around.  Power pump, which is pumping 10 mins. switching sides and continuing this for any hour.  Finally, keep baby on the boob as much as possible.  It makes things a little more difficult, cooking or cleaning, but the more your breast is emptied the more your body will produce.  One last thing, if you're working or away from baby, remember the rule of thumb is 1 - 1.5 oz for every hour you are away from baby.  A lot of people don't know this and try to pressure breastfeeding moms to feed babies like formula fed babies (nothing wrong with formula btw) not  and it's not true.  My daughter is 9 months old, gets 3.5 - 4 oz. every 3 hours and is growing like a weed! Hope this helps ❤

I am in the same boat. I have been doing a lot of research and today I started “power pumping” pumping every 2-3 hours for at least 20 min for the next 48 hrs. The goal is to get 25-30oz/day then you can slow your pumping down after 24 hrs. So hopefully this works. I had tried taking milkflow products with fenugreek but it gave my little guy really bad gas and I didn’t see much/any of an increase so I stopped taking it. I am also making sure I drink a lot of water.
