Body jewelry while in labor 🤔

My midwife asked me today was i getting epidural when i have my daughter i told her i was undecided but she did inform me that i have to take my tongue Ring out while they’re doing it which is understandable but i thought to myself what does my back have to do with my mouth 🤔😂😆
