femara/letrole advice?
i have pcos and NEVER had regular cycles. Last month my ob had me take a round of progesterone to force a cycle as well as 100 mg clomid for ovulation. dont think it worked since opks never showed a for sure positive. today she prescribed 100 mg metformin and a 5 day round of femara.
what should i be expecting? how has everyone done with this medication? she said its "remarkable" so im hoping it works. any advice is welcome! thank you!
