Anyone’s baby do this?

My baby is 2 months old. She recently started sucking on her whole fist. Like she is LATCHED on to that sucker. 
I thought it was because she was hungry so I gave her the boob but then she went right back to sucking. 
Anyone else have a baby that does this?

It's actually a good thing. It helps with hand mouth coordination and also baby soothes itself by sucking ☺

Mine does this too. She starting to self soothe.

Yep! We call it the “delicious fist”. He has to have his hands by his face at all times when sleeping too!

Yes my daughter does this. She is 7 weeks and has always kind of loved to suck on her fingers. She’s been doing it a lot more the past 2 weeks though. I’ll offer her binki or try and feed her, but she just wants to suck on her fingers instead. It’s actually pretty cute!

Some just like to suck on their hands/thumbs for soothing. I tried to get my baby to take pacifiers but she hates them 😂

Yep! And then my baby wouldn’t take her paci anymore! It was great because we didn’t need to hold it on her mouth. She just used her fingers as her new paci.

Yes my son is also 2 months anddoes this a lot and he's also starting to copy sticking out his tongue when we do it to him 😩 they grow up so fast

I’m at 8 weeks and my son does this along with serious drooling. I’m scared for teething drool with the amount he drools now 😂🤤
