Headache??

What can I take for a headache I have a killer headache right now.

Acetaminophen (Tylenol). Don't take any Tylenol products that have ingredients other than acetaminophen unless you know what those ingredients are and whether or not they're safe to take during pregnancy. You can't take Excedrin, because it has aspirin in it, and you can't take ibuprofen.
